Ingredjenti
100gr basal ahdar
tewma hadra
3 tadamiet friski
250ml ilma
kilo ful
200gr pizelli friska
litru u nofs mishun jaghli
100gr kosksu
4 gbejniet friski

Metodu
1. Qaxxar il-ful. Go borma itfa’ l-basal, it-tewm, it-tadam u l-ilma.
2. Tektithom fuq nar bati. Itfa’ l-mishun jaghli fil-borma mat-tahlita tal-basal u zid l-ingredjenti l-ohra minbarra l-kosksu u l-gbejniet.
3. Hawwad bl-imgharfa u halli t-tahlita terga tiftah taghli.
4. Aghtti l-borma u kompli sajjar ghal 20 minuta ohra. Kif isir il-haxix, zid il-kosksu u hawwad sew. Kompli sajjar.
5. Itfa’ l-gbejniet u kompli sajjar ghal 10 minuti ohra.
6. Aqleb u itma’. Tazza Kinnie tmur tajjeb bhala akkompaniment.
